Assessed value, year built, lot size, and sale history come directly from each county’s public assessor records — the same information available on the county’s own property lookup page. This reflects assessed value, not an active market listing.
Licensed builders

Every builder listed holds an active license on file with their state’s licensing board at the time of our last update. Contact information shown is business contact information only.
Permit growth data
Source: U.S. Census Bureau, Building Permits Survey (BPS)
